A student-led program operates under UMSL's tax identification number its activities. Student-Led programs are composed primarily of UMSL students as determined by the department and are recognized by the Office of Student Involvement but are not considered Recognized Student Organizations, thus they are not eligible for Student Activity Budget funding.
