Adult Children of Dysfunctional Families Group Counseling

A modified Twelve Step support group focused on understanding specific behavior and attitude patterns we may have developed growing up in a dysfunctional environment. Together we seek a better understanding of our past so we may effectively restructure our lives and see things that are positive and healthy in ourselves today.
