TOURNAMENT RULES:
*** Match Type (Blacktop 5v5 or Play Now) will be determined by vote
*** No Legends or Retired Players
*** One Minute will be granted to change gameplan and HUD settings before each game starts
*** Three 30 seconds pauses will be granted during each individual game to allow any gameplan changes
