Women Teaching Women: Kickboxing Fusion

Celebrate Women's History Month here at the RWC with our Women Teaching Women Series - Kickboxing Fusion! This high-energy, fight-inspired class is designed to elevate your heart rate while focusing on sculpting and toning your arms and legs. Experience a mix of powerful kicks, punches, and agility drills that not only boost cardiovascular fitness but also engage key muscle groups. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class offers a dynamic blend of standing and mat-based kickboxing exercises, ensuring a full-body workout that leaves you feeling empowered and energized!
