Preventing Harm

This session is designed for the UMSL campus-wide community, however specific scenarios are from the student perspective. This session sets out to empower participants to take an active role in harm reduction around relationship and sexual violence. Participants will be given to opportunity to demonstrate knowledge around consent and the impacts of rejection. Participants will be able to identify ways that they can intervene to prevent relationship and sexual violence. Lastly, participants will be given an opportunity to talk through how they could intentionally engage in various common specific situations.
