Spring 2024 Everest Climbing Challenge

Do you have what it takes to make it to the summit?  Please join us for our semester long challenge - Everest Climbing Challenge! 

Starting February 5th and throughout the entire semester, climbers can log and track how many feet that they climb at the UMSL Campus Recreation Climbing Wall.  Climbers will have until May 1st to track and log their hours, and whoever climbs the furthest or the length of Mount Everest's ascent from base camp to the summit (11,430 feet) will receive a prize!

There is no cost to participate - official rules of the event will be posted at the climbing wall!
