Events and Activities to enjoy:
- Taste of Group Fitness - 6 PM - 8 PM - Studios 2, 3, and 4
Test out shortened versions of 3 of our fav group fitness classes! After each class, see our food stations where you can create your own trail mix, build your own smoothie bowl, and choose from fun different drink options
- Archery Tag - All Night! - MAC
Come learn how to play the exciting game of archery tag!!! The game is a nice mix of all of the classics - laser tag/paintball/dodgeball - but all with a bow and soft tipped arrow! Come check it out!
- THE Friendship Bracelets - 7 PM - 8:45 PM - Studio 1
Keep the T.Swift Vibes going from Welcome Bash and come make some more friendship bracelets with the Triton Health Educators!
- Mini Wellness Expo - 6 PM - 7 PM - lobby
We will have numerous on campus departments hanging out for the first hour of our event ready to chat and tell you about all they will offer this year!
- Water Volleyball + Fish & Friend Bowls - All Night! - Pool
Bring your friends to play some volleyball in the pool! After, you can create your own tropical drink served out of a fun fish bowl!
- 60 Second Fitness Challenges - 7:30 PM - 9 PM - 1st Floor Fitness Area
See if you can be top contender in our various fitness challenges! 60 seconds to celebrate 60 years of UMSL!
- Climbing Wall Egg Drop - All Night! - Climbing Wall
Did you happen to find one of our golden eggs around the building?? Bring that to the Climbing Wall for a chance to win a special prize!!
- Free Play Games - All Night! - Courts
Come hang out and play some fun games! We will have different yard games to participate in for fun.
- FREE FOOD! We will have fun snacks and desserts for you to enjoy!!
- First 50 students to arrive will receive our special Rock the Rec giveaway!! A brand new fanny pack!
