Get your cycle on at UMSL Campus Rec's Spin group fitness class!  Come and enjoy this great workout class and be entered to win one of our attendance prizes to celebrate LGBTQ+ History Month this October.

Spots are limited in the class, so please be sure to register with the RWC either in-person, over the phone, on the online member portal, or through our UMSL Campus Rec App!!  Registration is FREE for students and for RWC members!
